The Support Services Bureau offers a wide variety of services that provide a vital link between the community and public safety personnel within the Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.
The Support Services Bureau consists of the following divisions:
The Communications Unit is a significant component of the Police
Department, providing a vital link between the community and
public safety personnel. Communications personnel are often the
first contact in a citizen’s emergency situation. They
are tasked with interpreting the individual’s needs and
coordinating the response of appropriate services.
The front lobby of the Station is currently closed, but
Records staff will continue to provide services to the public.
Requests for copies of reports should be sent to
firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer Service Representative will
respond to email inquiries as they are received. Only vehicle
release paperwork will be handled at the Police Station. All
other paperwork and requests will be handled via email. The
Records Unit can be reached at (909) 798-7614.
The Records Section serves as clerical support to all members of
the Police Department and is responsible for customer service at
the main facility front counter.
