The Support Services Bureau offers a wide variety of services that provide a vital link between the community and public safety personnel within the Police Department and other law enforcement agencies.
The Support Services Bureau consists of the following divisions:
The Communications Unit is a significant component of the Police
Department, providing a vital link between the community and
public safety personnel. Communications personnel are often the
first contact in a citizen’s emergency situation. They
are tasked with interpreting the individual’s needs and
coordinating the response of appropriate services.
The Front Lobby of the Station is open to the public
Monday through Thursday from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Requests for
copies of reports can be also submitted via email by emailing the
request along with a copy of the requestor’s identification to
email@example.com. The Records Unit can be reached
at (909) 798-7614.
The Records Section serves as clerical support to all members of
the Police Department and is responsible for customer service at
the main facility front counter.
