Financial Reporting

The City’s fiscal year begins July 1 and ends June 30, every year. Following a 60-day accrual period, staff being the process of finalizing the fiscal year in September following the close of the accrual period. In October, the City’s external auditors begin the work of auditing the City’s financials. This work usually concludes in December of the following fiscal year.  At that point, City staff work to produce the annual Measure T report on revenues and expenditures for review of the Citizen’s Oversight Committee.

The following reports provide narrative, graphs and photos to document how Measure T funds were spent during each fiscal year.
