County of San Bernardino Consolidated Plan Public Survey
Survey will be open through October 31, 2024

The Community Development and Housing Department (CDH) has a community input survey and they need your help determining how best to spend federal funds to invest in San Bernardino County communities. Together, we can prioritize key areas such as affordable housing, sustainability, homeless shelters, infrastructure and job opportunities. Every five years, the County creates the “Consolidated Plan” document to identify community needs and priorities.
