Jan. 25, 2018 – The third and final suspect in the shooting death of a 47-year-old Redlands man was arrested after turning himself in Wednesday afternoon.

The 17-year-old Redlands resident walked into the San Bernardino Police Department at about 4 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 24, and said he was wanted by Redlands Police. Redlands Police arrested the teen for murder and conspiracy. His name is being withheld due to his age.

Two other suspects, David Alex Gonzales and Jasmine Gonzalez, both 18, of Redlands, were arrested last week. Both are charged with murder and conspiracy.

Jasmine Gonzalez drove Bonilla to the emergency room at Redlands Community Hospital after the shooting. Staff at the hospital contacted police, but Gonzalez left before officers arrived.

Bonilla was treated at RCH before being transported by ambulance to the nearest trauma center at Loma Linda University Medical Center where he was later pronounced dead.
