Pre-Registration open for ‘Christmas at the Park’ Drive-Thru

The annual Redlands Christmas Parade will return this year, as a drive-through interactive winter wonderland, Saturday, Dec. 19. Experience the magic once again as the City of Redlands presents this adapted Redlands holiday tradition in partnership with the Redlands Noon Kiwanis.

The all-ages, family-friendly, drive-through experience will keep the fun traditions and excitement of the annual Christmas Parade alive in a safe and engaging way. Beginning at 5 p.m. Dec. 19, the parking lot at the Redlands Sports Complex on Dearborn Street north of San Bernardino Avenue will be transformed into a drive-through Christmas experience. Displays will be set up in a “reverse parade.” While families remain in their vehicles, they will experience the sights and sounds of the holidays with stationary floats, decorations and displays along the designed trail.

Pre-registration is required to view the event. Residents may choose from a free option or Holiday Treat box option which will include a Taste of Redlands featuring: Cinnamon Crisps from Oscar’s Mexican Restaurant, Brownie Bites from Sugar Bee, Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites from Cookie Plug, Powdered Sugar Donuts from Yum Yum Donuts and Hot Cholate from Bricks and Birch.

Holiday Treat boxes are $6 and must be purchased ahead. No food will be available for purchase at the event. Treat boxes will be picked up at the entrance of the “Christmas at the Park” Trail at the day of the event.
