Arthritis Foundation Walk With Ease

San Bernardino County Public Health and City of Redlands Senior Services will be hosting a walking workshop called Walk with Ease. This program is used to help older adults focus on their overall fitness and quailty of life and is led by trained staff, three times a week for a total of 6 weeks. Each session will begin with a pre-walk discussion and warm-up, lead into a 10-30 minute walk, and end with a cool down. Walk with Ease has proven to be very beneficial to participants by reducing pain and discomfort of arthritis, increasing balance, strength and walking pace, building cofidence, and so much more!

In this class you will learn:
 
  • How to exercise safely and comfortably​
  • Ways to make walking fun
  • How to make and maintain a personal walking plan

April 8th – May 17th
Every Monday, Wednesday, & Friday
9:00am – 10:00am
