Chair Yoga

Join us for our Chair Yoga program, the perfect way to improve your flexibility, balance, and overall well-being! This program is specially designed for adults aged 55 and over and focuses on gentle yoga poses that can be done while seated in a chair. Our experienced instructor will guide you through a variety of movements, stretches, and breathing exercises, helping you to release tension, reduce stress, and improve your range of motion. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, dealing with chronic pain, or simply looking for a relaxing way to stay active, our Chair Yoga program is the perfect solution.
