With the temporary closure of our senior facilities the
Redlands Recreation & Senior Services Division is excited to
bring our virtual senior center to seniors in our community. Find
video tutorials, arts & crafts, games and activities to stay
connected and active during this time.
The City is partnering with several organizations to assist
Redlands senior citizens who need assistance. These supplemental
programs are possible, thanks to assistance from the Family
Service Association of Western Riverside County, Redlands Meals
on Wheels, and Redlands Community Foundation.
The Healthy Meals for Seniors is a temporary program for all
senior citizens who live in Redlands.
Watch and Learn the dances performed in Bollywood movies. These dances are a beautiful combination of all Indian dance styles, including classical Indian dance, folk Indian dance, regional dance and even current versions of hip-hop and salsa.
Wear loose and comfortable clothing, make sure that you have room to move around while watching the online class.
The City of Redland Senior Services Division is pleased to offer Free Virtual Ukulele Classes for adults 18 years and up held every Thursday via Zoom from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. These classes are generously offered through the City of Redlands and taught by a live volunteer instructor through a secured Zoom meeting.
Plymouth Village, a HumanGood senior community right here in
Redlands, the Life Engagement and Fitness team is recording
fitness classes and making them available online. These workouts
focus on easy movements and stretches you can do from the comfort
of home standing or seated, for any ability level. It’s important
