Qigong is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for the purposes of health, spirituality, and martial arts training. These exercises are short and easy to learn!
COVID Guidelines: Mask and health screening is required to participate in each class session. Social distancing of at least 6ft and reduced class sizes will be observed.
