Graffiti or Blight


Residents can submit graffiti and other blight through our online Civic Problem reporting page, or they can download the Redlands 311 app on their Apple or Android mobile devices. Users will receive updates to their service requests as they are addressed.

Residents can also email the Facilities & Community Services Department at for blight concerns, and for graffiti concerns, or speak directly to staff at (909)335-4715 ext. 1 during business hours. After hours, please leave a detailed description including location information such as address, intersection, or landmark. Voicemails are checked during business hours.
