Graffiti or Blight
Residents can submit graffiti and other blight through our online Civic Problem reporting page, or they can download the Redlands 311 app on their Apple or Android mobile devices. Users will receive updates to their service requests as they are addressed.
Residents can also email the Facilities & Community Services Department at email@example.com for blight concerns, and firstname.lastname@example.org for graffiti concerns, or they can call in at (909) 335-4715 and leave a message. Please leave a detailed description and detailed location information such as address, intersection, or landmark. Voice mails are checked during business hours.
