Is the City Of Redlands having a Christmas event this year?

The annual Redlands Christmas Parade will return this year, as a drive-through attraction. This year, instead of exploring the parade display on foot, residents will be offered the opportunity to drive through it.

Registration has ended and we are at maximum capacity, to stay in compliance with State and County public health requirements, the City of Redlands can no longer accept any new registrations to view this attraction. When and Where?

The all-ages family-friendly drive-thru experience will keep the fun traditions and excitement of the annual Christmas parade alive in a safe and engaging way. Beginning at 5 p.m., Saturday, December 19th, the parking lot at the Redlands Sports Complex

Is This A Regular Parade?

This year it is more like a reverse parade, where participants drive thru our designed trail in their vehicles and view the stationary floats, decorations and displays along the trail. We have decide to adapt the parade in this manner to align with the guidelines set by the San Bernardino County Public Health Department.

Is This Event Free, Do I need to sign up?

This event is free, however registration is now closed as the event has sold out

Are there any performances/Entertainment?

Our entertainment this year will be transmitted through the radio. You will have the opportunity to tune your radio to our set station and enjoy the sounds of Christmas. We will have a performance by the Kamala Brothers playing as well as our dedicated Christmas playlist to enjoy as you go through the event.

Will There Be Food?

Holiday Treat Boxes to go can be pre-purchased for $6.00 a box and enjoyed while driving through the event.   Inside these delicious treat boxes you’ll be able to experience a taste of Redlands featuring:

• Cinnamon Crisp from Oscar’s Mexican Restaurant
• Brownie bites from Sugar Bee
• Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites from Cookie Plug
• Powdered Sugar Donuts from Yum Yum Donuts
• Hot Chocolate from Bricks and Birch

All treat boxes will have to be pre-purchased if you are currently registered to view the parade and would like to purchase a box or order additional boxes for your car please call 909-798-7572, boxes cannot be purchased during the event. Treat boxes will be picked up at the entrance of the Christmas At The Park Trail at the day of the event.

In order to help residents safely enjoy Christmas this year, the City of Redlands is sponsoring a Christmas drive-thru event. The City of Redlands is looking for Residents, nonprofits and businesses to create their own display as part of a drive-thru Christmas experience. Local residents, nonprofits and businesses are invited to create their own Christmas displays as part of the City’s premier Christmas at the Park event. There will be no entry fee to participate. The display will be open to all ages, individuals, and families.

The all-ages family-friendly drive-thru experience will keep the fun traditions and excitement of the annual Christmas parade alive in a safe and engaging way.
