Interactive map offers guide to open local businesses

Article

The City of Redlands has launched an interactive map to help residents locate local businesses that are open and providing necessary services available during the current stay-at-home order.

Redlands Open for Business is provided to help Redlands residents access necessary services while supporting local businesses authorized by the State of California to operate during public health stay-at-home orders. The map will be updated as information becomes available.

Residents may use the links in the map to learn more about hours of operation, location and additional COVID-19 services offered at local businesses.

The interactive map is available on the City’s website at https://www.cityofredlands.org/post/open-businesses.

Local essential businesses are encouraged to add information and the map will be updated as information is made available.

The State of California has provided guidance on which businesses are considered essential at https://covid19.ca.gov/img/EssentialCriticalInfrastructureWorkers.pdf. Non-essential businesses include dine-in restaurants, bars and nightclubs, entertainment venues, gyms and fitness studios and hair and nail salons.
